I’m Karen Miller, and I want this website to work well for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, or other assistive technology.

My goal
The website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What the website does
Every page works with a keyboard, and the item in focus is clearly outlined. A “Skip to content” link lets you go past the menu.
Text colors meet WCAG AA contrast levels. Pages are tested on screens from small phones to large desktops, and they work when you zoom in.
Form fields have visible labels, and form messages are announced to screen readers. Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Each page is checked with an automated accessibility tool before it is published.
Known limits
The home search opens my eXp Realty website, which is a separate website that I do not control.
Automated tools cannot find every problem. If something is hard to use, please tell me.
