My commitment

I follow the federal Fair Housing Act and the North Carolina State Fair Housing Act in every transaction. I do not discriminate against anyone in the sale, rental, or financing of housing.

As a REALTOR®, I also follow the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, which prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. I give the same professional service to everyone.

What the law protects

Under these laws, it is illegal to discriminate in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status. Familial status includes families with children under 18 and people who are pregnant.
