What this website collects

The website collects only what you type into a form. The contact form asks for your name, email, and message, and optionally your phone number, what you are interested in, and an area. The home value form asks for your address, town, selling timeline, name, and email, and optionally your phone number, details about the home, and a message.

The mortgage calculator runs in your browser. It does not send the numbers you enter anywhere.

How I use it

I use your information only to reply to you and help with your real estate question. I do not sell it, and I do not share it with others for their marketing.

Who handles it

Form messages go through Web3Forms, a form service that emails them to me. Web3Forms may keep a copy for a limited time under its own privacy policy.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitor IP addresses for security, as described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images load from this website, not from other services.

Links to other websites

Some links go to other websites, such as the home search on my eXp Realty site, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
